TJC Wilco networks with current TJ diversion programs designed for emerging adults as well as other CJ professional (such as defense attorneys, probation officers, case managers, and prosecutors) to identify potential needs for this population in the areas of:  transportation; emergency housing; food; medical; counseling; and education.   TJC Wilco facilities a process to assist in these areas directly and/or through networking with other community partners to make referrals for services.
